About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a 3–6 months internship prospect for freshers who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain HR records.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management,



or a related field is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Solid willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work from office in Indore.
