We are looking for an experienced Advocate / Legal Counsel to handle business, travel-industry and personal legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
Handle business & commercial disputes
Experience in Civil Court and Consumer Court matters
Handle travel-industry-related legal issues, customer disputes and claims
Advise on travel business compliances, agreements, terms & conditions and documentation
Handle employee-related legal issues and workplace disputes
Handle property-related matters and legal notices
Draft/review contracts, legal notices, replies and agreements
Coordinate with external advocates and manage ongoing legal matters

Candidate Profile
LL.B. with valid Bar Council enrolment
5+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred




Solid experience in civil, commercial, consumer and business disputes
Exposure to travel/business compliance and employment-related matters preferred
Valuable drafting, negotiation and court-handling skills
Delhi/NCR court experience preferred

Salary: depending on experience and capability.

Only candidates with genuine litigation and dispute-handling experience should apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
