They are seeking a seasoned Vice President to lead and institutionalize our end-to-end credit function, ensuring data led growth within a robust risk and regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Risk Assessment:



Lead the evaluation of corporate credit proposals, ensuring adherence to and working towards evolving risk policies.
Define and own credit policies, underwriting frameworks, and risk appetite across lending products
Provide oversight and final approval on complex and structured credit proposals
Monitor and manage the corporate credit portfolio, conducting regular reviews and tests to identify risks.
Monitor and manage portfolio quality (delinquencies, NPAs, vintage analysis, concentration risk)
Lead credit committees, risk reviews, and early warning mechanisms
Structure cash-flow based and collateral-backed lending solutions
Act as the senior credit interface for banks, co-lenders, and institutional partners
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, KYC/AML standards, audits, and governance requirements
Build and lead high-performing underwriting and portfolio risk teams
