Job Objective

To handle all electrical maintenance activities of the company and ensure smooth, protected and uninterrupted operation of CNC, VMC, 1 MT Press Machine, Forging Hammer and other plant electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
Handle complete electrical maintenance activities of the plant.
Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of machines.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot motors, control panels, sensors, contactors, relays, MCB/MCCB, starters, drives and electrical wiring.
Maintain electrical panels and ensure proper housekeeping inside electrical areas.
CNC & VMC Maintenance
Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
Check and troubleshoot machine control panels, drives, sensors, motors and electrical circuits.




Coordinate with machine suppliers/OEMs for major electrical faults.
Maintain proper records of CNC/VMC electrical breakdowns.
Press & Forging Hammer Maintenance
Handle electrical maintenance of 1 MT Press Machine and Forging Hammer.
Troubleshoot motors, control systems, sensors, limit switches and related electrical components.
Ensure protected and reliable operation of press and forging equipment.
Preventive Maintenance
Follow the preventive maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment.
Identify potential electrical failures before breakdown
Maintain PM checklists and machine history records.
Ensure timely replacement of critical electrical components.

Safety.
Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures during maintenance.
Ensure electrical safety standards are followed.
Use appropriate PPE and tools during electrical work.
Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety of machines.
