Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers in our showroom, understand their requirements, showcase suitable products, and support them throughout their purchase. The role involves creating a welcoming customer experience while maintaining the day-to-day standards of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Showcase dhotis, shirts, and other traditional wear collections
Explain product features, quality, and available options
Support customers throughout the purchase process
Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation




Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements and product availability
Maintain a qualified and positive customer experience

Requirements & Qualifications
Previous hands-on experience in retail sales is preferred
Experience in the apparel or fashion retail industry will be highly appreciated
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
Basic understanding of English
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Enthusiastic to learn, improve, and grow with the organization
Ability to work well within a team
Responsible and attentive towards customer requirements
