About the Role
We are hiring a Conversion-Focused Landing Page Designer who can combine UI/UX design with marketing strategy to create landing pages that turn visitors into qualified leads.
The ideal candidate should be able to think beyond visual design and understand why a user should click, enquire, call, WhatsApp, or submit a form at each stage of the page.
Key Responsibilities
Design and plan high-converting landing pages for digital marketing campaigns.
Map the complete visitor journey from the first section to the final CTA.
Create logical page structures based on user intent and campaign objectives.
Design compelling CTAs, lead forms, enquiry sections, WhatsApp buttons, and contact elements.
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure consistent typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and branding.
Design responsive experiences for desktop and mobile users.
Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to improve landing-page messaging.
Review landing-page performance and recommend UI/UX improvements.
Create landing pages specifically designed for lead generation and paid advertising campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
6+ months of relevant experience in UI/UX, web design, or landing page design.
Solid understanding of user experience and conversion optimization.
Ability to plan a page based on user psychology and intent.
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or equivalent tools.
Understanding of landing-page best practices and digital marketing funnels.
Positive eye for visual design and attention to detail.
Ability to balance creativity with business and conversion goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
