Qualifications & Requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics &

Communication Engineering, or a related field.

 Experience: 0–1 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronic testing,

validation, or quality control.

 Technical Skills:

o Solid understanding of circuit design, power electronics, electrical safety

principles, and measurement techniques.

o Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, power

supplies, load banks, spectrum analyzers).

o Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEC 60068, IEC 60947, or

industry-specific IEC/GB/T standards).

o Experience with test automation tools (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB) is a

robust plus.

 Soft Skills:

o Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical report

writing.

o Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

 Prior experience working in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory

workplace.

 Knowledge of environmental testing chambers (thermal, humidity, vibration).

 Understanding of basic PCB troubleshooting and schematic reading.
