Designation: Deputy General Manager_WTCN

Office Location: Pune/ Site based

Position description: Mobilize, start, plan, organize, lead, and control projects, ensuring effective and effective completion by maintaining cost, quality, and timely delivery to meet customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects, handle customer interactions, and utilize planning tools such as MS Projects and AutoCAD.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to monitor installation progress, manage client billing, invoicing, and collections, and handle contractual communications.
Act proactively to develop client relationships and demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP and field execution in civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical instrumentation (EI) works.
Lead and motivate the team to meet project deadlines and develop reporting engineers.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers,



and contractors to ensure smooth installation processes.
Create schedules, plans, check Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and identify materials to ensure timely completion of installation works.

Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in company events , PSR, HSE, Seminars and conduct site trainings for site staff activities voluntarily
Contributing for Internal Audit of company
Implementing ZeroD
Check and reconsile materials after installation completion.
Check and coordinate with HO engineering team for completion and submission of As Build Drawings

Educational qualifications preferred
Field specialization: Civil, Mechanical, EI
Degree: B.E. / Diploma

Required work experience
Years of experience: 11 to 18 years
