Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups. .
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS.
Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and TATs.
Candidate Profile
3months -2 years of recruitment/Sourcing experience.
Recruitment Consultancy experience is mandatory.
Prior exposure to bulk hiring/volume hiring is mandatory.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
This will be a 6 days working role from office
Positive knowledge of job portals and basic MS Excel.
