Academic Management
Support the Principal in planning and implementing academic programmes.
Monitor teaching and learning standards across classes.
Coordinate with HODs, coordinators, and teachers regarding academic matters.
Review lesson plans, assessments, examinations, and academic reports.
Monitor student academic performance and take corrective measures where required.
Encourage innovative and effective teaching practices.
Staff Management
Supervise and guide teaching and non-teaching staff.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
Address staff-related concerns in coordination with HR and the Principal.
Conduct staff meetings and follow up on assigned responsibilities.
Support staff training and career development programmes.
Student Management & Discipline
Maintain discipline and proper conduct among students.
Handle reliable student concerns, behavioural issues, and complaints.
Ensure implementation of school rules and policies.
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school workplace.




Parent & Community Relations
Handle parent concerns and grievances professionally.
Coordinate with parents regarding academic and behavioural matters.
Maintain positive relationships between the school and parents.
Represent the school in meetings and events when required.
School Administration
Assist the Principal in the day-to-day functioning of the school.
Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
Monitor school activities, assemblies, events, examinations, and programmes.
Ensure that school policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Take charge of the school in the absence of the Principal, as delegated.
Compliance & Documentation
Assist in maintaining academic and administrative records.
Support compliance with CBSE/school regulations and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely submission of reports and documents by concerned departments.
