About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our dental clinic for the evening shift.
This is a positive opportunity for college students and freshers who are interested in gaining practical experience in a qualified healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to patients professionally and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and patient enquiries.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
Assist with online patient registrations and appointment bookings.
Maintain and organize dental instruments and clinic materials.
Assist with instrument sterilization and proper arrangement as per clinic protocols.
Keep the reception and treatment areas organized.
Coordinate with the dentist and clinic staff regarding patient flow.
Handle basic administrative and reception-related tasks.
Requirements
Students and freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to use WhatsApp, phone calls and online registration systems.
Friendly, polite and professional attitude.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn basic dental clinic procedures.
Ability to work during the 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM evening shift.
