Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Contact the customers by telephone to promote apartments or projects and invite them to come visit the project site.
Explain the projects and allied information to drive the potential customers for visiting the project site.
Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
Provide size, pricing details of the apartments
Handle customer questions
Obtain customer information including names, phone number, email id, current residence addresses and work location.
Record customer details including reaction to the project and apartment in a CRM system.
Coordinate and schedule customer visits with the site sales team on project sites.
Conduct customer and marketing surveys
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
