Roles & Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
Design websites, landing pages, and mobile app interfaces
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
Build interactive prototypes using Figma
Apply solid UX thinking to improve usability and conversions
Graphic Design
Create social media creatives and ad designs
Design branding materials (logos, banners, marketing assets)
Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms
Project Execution
Handle both internal and international client projects
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Take feedback positively and iterate quickly
Within 2 months, you should be able to:
Handle projects independently
Manage multiple client requirements
Deliver high-quality designs with minimal supervision
