The BIM Lead (Strc, Arch, MEPF) will oversee and manage BIM processes, workflows, and projects while ensuring their alignment with project goals. Candidate must have experience in large scale projects, coordination meetings, able to supervise BIM model, ensuring quality output, implementing BIM protocols, troubleshooting design challenges, solving in office challenges, adopt best practices.

Outstanding technical understanding and skills
Leading Stc/Arch department
Coordination with stakeholders
Experience till LOD500 and shop drawings.
Ensure quality output
Ownership of work, leading and managing teams
Generating and Supervising BIM models
Site experience is added value
Data Center experience is added value
