Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold calls to international students in the USA (OPT, CPT, H1B, F1 visa holders) to introduce our placement support services.
Clearly explain our service offerings qualified resume optimization, 70–80 targeted job applications by our bench sales recruiters, and comprehensive interview preparation and support.
Understand each student’s background, skillset, career goals, and visa status to recommend the right service package.
Handle objections confidently, build trust, and convert prospects into enrolled clients.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships and close enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Bench Sales and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth onboarding of newly enrolled students.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets and revenue KPIs.
Gather student feedback and market insights to help improve service offerings and outreach strategies.




Stay updated on US immigration policies (OPT timelines, EAD, H1B processes) to have informed conversations with students.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, education counseling, or student enrollment (freshers with solid communication skills and hustle are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – ability to connect with international students from diverse backgrounds.
Robust persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills.
Empathetic and consultative selling approach – ability to understand student concerns and offer genuine solutions.
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling (50–100+ calls per day) during US business hours.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and communication platforms (WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
