That's where you come in. As a
Customer Success Associate

, you'll own the member journey end to end. You'll be the person ensuring every customer has a seamless experience, every concern is resolved with empathy and power exceptional experiences across Pune and Mumbai.

What You’ll Own
Onboarding — create exceptional first impressions
Guide current members through their onboarding journey and ensure they're set up for success from Day 1
Ensure every current member starts with clarity, confidence, and excitement
Experience — make every interaction memorable




Become the primary point of contact for our members and parents across Pune and Mumbai
Resolve questions, requests, and escalations quickly while delivering an experience that exceeds expectations
Build genuine relationships with members through proactive check-ins and regular communication
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and remove friction
Retention — turn happy customers into lifelong members
Own renewals by ensuring members continue to see value in their journey
Drive attendance, engagement, and programme continuity across all active members through our coaches
Gather customer feedback and make changes in internal and external processes
Encourage referrals and help grow the community through delighted customers
Collaboration — connect every part of the experience
