About the Role

Western Infrabuild Products LLP is looking for a Projects & Planning Executive to manage coordination and planning activities for construction and institutional projects.

The role involves visiting project sites and relevant offices, understanding project requirements, coordinating with construction and technical teams, and managing documentation, submissions, permissions and approval-related follow-ups with relevant authorities and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Visit project sites, relevant offices and project locations to understand project requirements and project status.
Study project drawings, layouts, specifications and execution plans and coordinate with the technical/construction team accordingly.
Understand the construction team's proposed plans and coordinate necessary modifications, submissions or clarifications.




Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, project authorities and other stakeholders.
Handle documentation and coordination related to project plan submissions, permissions and approvals.
Follow up with concerned authorities regarding submitted documents, queries, revisions and approval status.
Coordinate between the internal team and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of project-related requirements.
Maintain project records, submission details, approval status and significant correspondence.
Conduct site visits to understand actual project conditions and ensure that requirements discussed during planning are properly communicated to the execution team.
Prepare regular project updates and report significant developments, requirements and pending actions to the management.
