Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end internal hiring: workforce planning, sourcing, headhunting, screening, and closing critical roles.
Design, implement, and continuously refine employee relations policies across the organization.
Drive internal organizational design structuring teams, defining reporting lines, and supporting business growth.
Serve as a round-the-clock point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation; align individual targets with organizational goals.
Partner closely with department managers to translate business objectives into people plans.
Develop and roll out HR policies; ensure every department stays updated and compliant.
Track performance against departmental and organizational targets, escalating gaps proactively.
Oversee the company's digital and social media presence (LinkedIn, careers page, job boards)



to strengthen employer brand.
Create and curate employer branding content — culture posts, hiring campaigns, employee spotlights — to attract top talent.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy design.
Robust stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with department managers.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools and performance management systems.
Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic content creation for employer branding (LinkedIn, Instagram, careers page).
