Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering only

Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical maintenance activities for the CED Paint Shop and associated production equipment.
Manage PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, MCC, PCC, control panels and electrical distribution systems.
Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance with effective root-cause analysis.
Maintain electrical systems related to CED tanks, rectifiers, conveyors, ovens, pumps, blowers and paint circulation systems.
Monitor MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability and maintenance KPIs.
Drive breakdown reduction, energy optimization and maintenance cost improvement.
Coordinate with Production, Automation,



Quality and Utility teams for uninterrupted operations.
Manage OEM/AMC vendors, critical spares and maintenance planning.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO, EHS and statutory requirements.
Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers, technicians and electricians.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical Engineering only.
10–15 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, preferably in Automotive / Commercial Vehicle / EV Manufacturing.
Solid exposure to CED Paint Shop electrical maintenance and industrial automation.
Hands-on knowledge of PLC, VFD, drives, MCC, PCC, sensors, control systems and troubleshooting.
Solid team leadership, breakdown analysis and preventive maintenance experience.
