Talent Acquisition at Scale

Build and run recruitment-to-hire (roughly 5 per month) spanning clinical and non-clinical, junior to senior roles.

Own end-to-end acquisition cycle: Sourcing (along with vendor and agency relationships), screening, interviewing (phone calls, in-person), candidate coordination, selection, offers and onboarding process.

Own and maintain employee compliance and background checks.

Maintain candidate database and daily updates of the hiring status and reporting to management.
