Position Title: Sr. Engineer - Product Engineering

Reports To: Manager - LECI

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities

Product Engineering Leadership (70%)
2D to 3D Conversion and detailed manufacturing drawings from scratch using Solid Works and AutoCAD with SAP ECTR/Windchill.
Sustenance Engineering / product Engineering activities for Lubrication lifetime solutions for LLS Factory.
Work closely with LLS India Manufacturing teams, Product development, and various global teams and engineers and collaborate.
Work closely with technical documentation team for owner s manual, Brochures and catalogs creation.
Support in Technical and Product compliance documentation.
Ensure timely deliverables and first-time right basis.
Cross functional interaction with global stakeholders, AE, Value chains and mfg teams.
Ensure alignment of designs with business goals, product strategy, and customer expectations.

Team Leadership & Mentoring (15%)




Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; provide coaching on technical competencies and career development.
Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor progress and performance.
Facilitate technical knowledge-sharing sessions and capability-building initiatives.
Foster a cooperative and inclusive engineering culture.

Stakeholder Management & Communication (15%)
Act as the technical interface to internal and external stakeholders, including India Mfg teams, Global LLS teams, suppliers, and, customers,
Communicate updates proactively and transparently.
Ensure cross-functional alignment of Product development and Product engineering
