The role focuses on incident management, infrastructure troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, and maintaining reliable application operations.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Provide L2 support for Linux servers, application infrastructure, and production environments.
Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtual machines and infrastructure.
Support Kubernetes and OpenShift deployments, scaling, and container-related issues.
Automate routine infrastructure tasks using Bash, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
Monitor system performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or similar platforms.
Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and preventive actions.

Qualifications

You Have:




Any Bachelor''s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience with Linux administration, preferably RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu.
Experience with VMware vSphere, virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

It would be nice if you also added:
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms.
Proficiency in Bash/Shell or Python scripting and automation tools such as Ansible/Terraform.
Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and enterprise production settings.
