About the Role
We are looking for a \confident, outgoing, well-groomed, and sales-oriented skilled\ to represent and manage the guest-facing operations of our premium wellness and spa outlet.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys \meeting and engaging with people, initiating conversations, building relationships, and converting guest interactions into revenue\. The position combines \hospitality, guest relations, direct sales, outlet operations, and premium service delivery\ within a hotel setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression, actively promoting wellness services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Sales
* Proactively approach and warmly greet guests in the lobby/lounge area.
* Introduce guests to wellness services,
express therapies, packages, and promotional offers.
* Convert walk-in and potential guests into paying customers through effective communication and sales skills.
* Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable services based on their preferences, schedule, and available time.
* Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and packages.
* Maintain a visible, active, and qualified presence in the outlet/lobby to maximize guest engagement and conversions.
* Build positive relationships with hotel guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain a strong focus on revenue generation and conversion.
* Support promotional activities and special offers designed to increase outlet footfall and sales.
* Coordinate with other hotel outlets and teams
