VantaHire Consulting is supporting a rapid-growing semiconductor technology company in Bengaluru to hire a senior
IT & Infrastructure Architect / IT Head
to build and scale the infrastructure supporting complex ASIC/SoC design environments.

This is
not a generic enterprise IT infrastructure role
.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have:
15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Systems Engineering
Robust experience working in a
Semiconductor / EDA environment
Deep hands-on experience with
Linux
Strong
HPC / compute cluster / compute farm
experience
Experience with
EDA tools and environments
, including Synopsys, Cadence and/or Siemens EDA
Experience administering
LSF, Slurm or similar workload schedulers
Strong understanding of
storage and networking infrastructure
Experience with
AWS / cloud / hybrid-cloud environments
Experience supporting
ASIC / SoC design engineering teams
Solid
Python / Bash scripting and automation
capabilities




Ability to architect, scale and operate infrastructure for demanding engineering workloads

Preferred background

We will strongly prioritize candidates currently or previously working with:
Semiconductor product companies
Fabless semiconductor companies
EDA companies
Silicon / ASIC / SoC engineering organizations

Candidates from generic enterprise IT environments without semiconductor/EDA exposure are unlikely to fit this mandate.
