This role will lead the design and delivery of Snowflake-based Data Management solutions for Beghou s Life Sciences clients. The Consultant will translate business and data requirements into practical technical solutions, own technical workstreams, lead solution design and enable L1/L2 team members through implementation .The role requires a solid combination of hands-on Snowflake expertise, data engineering, solution design, problem solving and client-facing consulting skills . The candidate should be able to independently lead a workstream from requirements through implementation while partnering with project leadership and clients.

Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based Data Management solutions based on client requirements.
Translate business and data requirements into data models, technical designs, transformation logic and implementation plans .
Own technical workstreams end-to-end , from requirements and design through development, testing and deployment.
Lead delivery across data ingestion, transformation, data warehousing,



consumption and reporting .
Apply robust hands-on knowledge of Snowflake, including Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, virtual warehouses, clustering, micro-partitioning, Time Travel and data sharing .
Develop and review complex SQL and Python-based data solutions .
Make sound technical decisions around performance, scalability, data quality, maintainability and cost .
Enable and guide L1/L2 team members through explicit designs, technical direction, code/design reviews and problem resolution.
Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders and clearly communicate recommendations, trade-offs and solution choices .
Lead troubleshooting of complex data and production issues and drive root-cause resolution .
Drive appropriate testing, documentation, deployment and operational readiness for solutions.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, risk management and delivery .
