We are looking for a detail-oriented and Junior Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting softwares.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Work with auditors during financial audits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax laws (preferred)
Proficiency in Tally Prime / MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems
Understanding of financial compliance and auditing
Ability to work under deadlines
