Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp leads, and walk-in enquiries
Schedule and complete pre-move surveys at customer locations
Prepare accurate quotations with volume-based pricing
Follow up on pending proposals and close bookings
Maintain CRM / lead records with daily activity updates
Requirements
Positive communication in Hindi and English
Comfortable with field visits and customer-facing work
Basic MS Office or mobile CRM usage
Target-driven mindset with ethical sales practices
