The Area Sales & Service Executive will be responsible for the sales, installation, customer training and after-sales service of XRF gold-testing machines. The candidate will independently manage customers and business activities within the assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities :

* Visit jewellers, hallmarking centres, refineries, laboratories and jewellery manufacturers.
* Generate current customer leads and conduct regular sales follow-ups.
* Understand customer requirements and explain suitable machine features and applications.
* Conduct XRF machine demonstrations at customer locations.
* Independently install XRF machines.
* Install software, connect the machine and complete basic configuration.
* Train customers and operators on machine usage and software operation.
* Attend customer service complaints and provide basic troubleshooting support.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and routine machine checks.
* Coordinate with the senior technical team for complex technical issues.
* Maintain daily reports of customer visits, sales leads, demonstrations,



installations and service activities.
* Develop and manage the assigned geographical area.
* Build and maintain skilled relationships with customers.

Training :

Selected candidates will receive \one month of complete practical training in Surat\, covering

* XRF machine operation
* Machine installation
* Software setup and configuration
* Customer training
* Basic servicing and troubleshooting
* Preventive maintenance
* Product demonstration
* Sales process and customer follow-up

After completing the training, the candidate will independently handle sales, installation and service activities in the assigned area.

Language Requirements :

\Surat:\ Gujarati, Hindi and basic English
\Mumbai:\ Hindi and basic English; Marathi preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
