We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution progress.
Follow up on material readiness, dispatch, installation, and site activities.
Maintain project-related documentation and reports.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance during project execution.
Support issue resolution and timely escalation of project concerns.
Maintain project records and updates using MS Office and Google Sheets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
B.Tech/MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of project coordination experience.
Experience in signage, printing,



fabrication, digital signage, Solar EPC, or related industries will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

What We Offer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month, based on experience and skills.
