Responsibilities
Perform vehicle-level integration of body, chassis, powertrain, electrical, HVAC, interior and exterior systems.
Develop and review vehicle packaging and system layouts.
Define and verify interfaces between major vehicle systems.
Conduct clearance, interference, accessibility and serviceability checks.
Perform DMU reviews and identify packaging conflicts.
Coordinate with body, chassis, electrical, interior, exterior and supplier engineering teams.
Support prototype builds, design reviews, testing and issue resolution.
Maintain integration layouts, interface documentation and engineering change records.
Skills
Solid understanding of complete bus vehicle architecture and system integration.
Valuable knowledge of body, chassis, powertrain, electrical, HVAC, interior and exterior systems.




Experience in vehicle packaging and DMU analysis.
Understanding of system interfaces, clearances, tolerances and serviceability.
Ability to identify and resolve cross-functional integration issues.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
