Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
Handle client onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and other internal teams.
Track client performance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for business growth and repeat business.
Maintain regular client communication and prepare basic reports.
Preferred: Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain, with valuable communication and relationship-management skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
