Key responsibilities of the Lead- Tele calling will include:
Supervise the five-member tele calling team.
Allocate leads according to Programme and priority.
Develop calling scripts and follow-up schedules.
Monitor call quality, response time and conversion.
Maintain CRM discipline and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager and campus-visit executives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in education or admission tele calling.
Experience in team handling, CRM, call auditing and reporting.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Salary
Shall be the best commensurate with experience and ability besides EPF + GIS + Mediclaim etc
