We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and develop current business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up with leads and customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and other business-development initiatives.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
Robust customer-service and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
