We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce QA / Functional & Integration Tester

with robust hands-on experience in end-to-end
business workflow testing, Salesforce/Fonteva, API integrations,

and
complex integrated applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end test plans for
Salesforce/Fonteva workflows,

including membership, join, renewal, billing, payments, member status updates, and downstream processes.

Validate
Salesforce/Fonteva

functionality from both system behavior and business-process perspectives.

Test end-to-end business flows across
Salesforce/Fonteva

and connected systems such as identity, marketing, web, reporting/data, payment, middleware, and integration services.

Validate
Salesforce configurations

including
Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, record types, page layouts, reports, and Lightning Experience

Perform
REST and SOAP API testing

, including authentication, request/response payloads, field mappings, error handling,



retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and failure scenarios.

Support
Salesforce sandbox

refreshes and workplace changes, including smoke/regression testing, integration reauthorization, endpoint / configuration validation, and test-data readiness.

Validate platform logic involving Flow/Apex-driven behavior, asynchronous processing, order-of-operations, and role/permission-based differences.

Support sprint reviews, release demonstrations, and functional walkthroughs by communicating test coverage, results, risks, defects, and pending validation.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, implementation partners, integration teams, SRE, InfoSec, and QA teams.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of QA experience, with s
trong experience testing Salesforce implementations

and/or complex integrated business applications.
