We are looking for an experienced Diesel & Vehicle Fleet Manager to manage the RMC plant's diesel consumption, transit mixers, concrete pumps, loaders, and other plant vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily diesel receipt, issue, and consumption records.
Monitor diesel consumption vehicle-wise and identify excess consumption or leakage.
Maintain complete vehicle-wise data including registration number, driver, running hours/km, fuel consumption, servicing, and repair history.
Track transit mixer (TM) trips, kilometer readings, operating hours, and availability.
Monitor RMC plant vehicles, concrete pumps, loaders, tankers, and other equipment.
Maintain vehicle logbooks and daily movement records.
Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle utilization, fuel usage, breakdowns, and maintenance.
Monitor vehicle service schedules,



oil changes, tyre replacements, battery condition, and repairs.
Maintain records of diesel stock and reconcile physical stock with book records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly diesel and vehicle MIS reports.
Calculate and monitor diesel consumption per km, per hour, and per cubic meter of RMC, wherever applicable.
Coordinate with the plant, dispatch, maintenance, and accounts teams.
Verify fuel bills, vehicle repair bills, service invoices, and related documents.
Maintain proper documentation for vehicle insurance, PUC, fitness, permits, and other statutory documents.
Identify prospects to reduce diesel costs, vehicle downtime, and unnecessary operating expenses.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate / Diploma preferred.
2–5 years of experience in fleet management, diesel management, logistics, RMC, construction, or transport operations.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and vehicle data manag
