Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic
Civil Trainer
to join our Jaipur team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in Civil Engineering/CAD-related software and helping students develop industry-relevant technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for Civil Engineering students.
Train students on relevant
Civil CAD software and tools
.
Explain concepts through practical examples, projects, and assignments.
Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments.
Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in completing projects and developing industry-ready skills.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in the Civil Engineering industry.
Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of
Civil Engineering concepts
.
Good command of
AutoCAD
and other relevant Civil/CAD software.
Knowledge of
Revit Architecture, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or related software
will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Strong student-handling and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in
Civil Engineering
or a related field.
Prior experience as a
Civil Trainer, Faculty, Civil Designer, or Civil Engineer
will be preferred.
