Job Summary

Pallava Hospital is looking for 2 experienced and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients and support doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs and health conditions regularly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the doctor.
Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
Assist in patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.




Provide proper post-treatment and patient-care support.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified standards.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent.
Valid nursing registration.
Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong patient-care and teamwork skills.
Ability to work responsibly in a hospital environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
