Design and develop industrial automation systems based on project requirements.
Develop PLC programs using Siemens / ABB / other PLC platforms.
Develop and configure HMI and SCADA applications.
Configure and commission VFDs, servo drives, soft starters, and motor control systems.
Carry out panel testing, FAT, SAT, site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose electrical, PLC, communication, instrumentation, and automation-related faults.
Select appropriate PLC, HMI, VFD, MCB/MCCB, contactors, relays, SMPS, terminals, and control components.
Prepare control philosophy, sequence of operation, and I/O mapping.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, production, and project teams.
