Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools related to Red Hat environments.
Robust understanding of Linux-based operating system architecture and command-line utilities.
Ability to manage system configurations, patching, and updates in a production setting.
