Manage day-to-day iron foundry production and operations to achieve production targets.
Handle melting, moulding, core making, pouring, fettling and finishing processes.
Monitor furnace operations, metal chemistry, pouring parameters and raw material consumption.
Ensure product quality by controlling casting defects, rejection, rework and material wastage.
Plan manpower, machines and production schedules for optimum utilization.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch departments.
Monitor production cost, yield, productivity, OEE and energy consumption.
Lead production teams and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards and 5S practices.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement Kaizen/Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.




Prepare daily/monthly production reports and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Foundry operations: 5 years (Preferred)
Production management & Process Control: 5 years (Preferred)

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production (Required)
