MS - NOC Apprentice/Intern (6 months)

As part of our NOC, you willmonitorclient infrastructure, respond to alerts, and support the team in ensuring the availability and performance of IT systems across AHEAD''s global client base an excellent launchpad for a career in IT operations, cloud, or cybersecurity.

What You Will Do:
Monitor client IT infrastructure servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments
Identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts and events per defined runbooks and SOPs
Log incidents, document observations, and escalate critical issues to senior engineers
Perform routine health checks on systems, network devices, and services
Assistin generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for client environments




Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders during incident resolution
Support change management by validatingpreand post-change system states
Contribute to knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures
Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls
Looking for 2026 graduates.

What We Are Looking For:
EngineeringGraduatesin Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field
Basic awareness of networking concepts OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and server fundamentals
Analytical mindset with attention to detail; calm under pressure
Willingness to work in a 247 rotational shift workplace (including nights and weekends)
Positive verbal and written communication skills in English
Interest in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity is a plus
