Role & Responsibilities Beauty Trainer
Deliver classroom and practical training on Beauty & Wellness courses as per the curriculum.
Conduct theory sessions and hands-on demonstrations on beauty techniques, skincare, haircare, makeup, and salon services.
Assess trainees through practical and theoretical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and maintain trainee attendance and performance records.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of beauty tools, equipment, and training resources.
Mentor and guide trainees to enhance their technical skills, skilled grooming, and employability.
Support trainees in interview preparation, placement activities, and career development.
Maintain training quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Coordinate with the training and placement teams for successful course delivery and trainee outcomes.




Participate in workshops, refresher training, and curriculum improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or higher degree in any discipline/Diploma in retail management.
2 years of experience in Beauty Sales store operations
Required 2 years training experience in relevant field
Solid knowledge of skincare, haircare, makeup, grooming, and salon procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Candidate should be self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel if required.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is preferred.
