Role: Customer Relationship Officer (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers regarding flats, plots, and duplexes.

Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.

Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and available options.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested customers.

Maintain customer information and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

Build good relationships with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further negotiations.

Achieve assigned monthly calling, site-visit, and sales targets.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.

Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
