Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of CRM Executives. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Leadership and Team Management skills

Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities




Knowledge of engineering career paths in India
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented team setting.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and senior management. Experience leading diverse or cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
