Role & responsibilities
Lead and mentor the MDM team, ensuring performance and development.
Drive India MDM strategy aligned with global standards and business goals.
Oversee master data creation, quality, governance, SLAs, and lifecycle management.
Act as MDM SME and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, and global stakeholders.
Support Oracle Fusion rollouts, enhancements, integrations, and MDM initiatives.
Manage MDM tools including Oracle Fusion, Informatica, SQL, Looker, and Power BI.
Lead data integration, testing, validation, and workflow enhancements.

Required skills
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or related field.
5+ years of MDM experience,



including 12 years in a leadership/team lead role.
Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion, MDM, data governance, and ERP systems.
Advanced SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data analytics skills.
Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica, SAP MDG, or IBM InfoSphere.
Robust stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, cloud, and integration platforms.
Shared services/GCC experience preferred; MDM/Data Governance certifications are a plus
