Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives / Career Advisors. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards the right learning solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a solid passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and convert prospects in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners through outbound and inbound calls, understanding their career aspirations and needs.
Provide career counselling and guidance, helping candidates make informed decisions about their learning path.
Clearly articulate the value proposition and uniqueness of the program to drive enrollments.
Take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, including lead engagement, follow-ups, conversion, and post-enrollment relationship management.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and conversion metrics.
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline,



ensuring timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM systems.
Support execution of marketing initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and lead engagement activities from a sales follow-up perspective.
Share regular feedback on lead quality, customer behavior, and market trends with internal teams.
Handle objections effectively and ensure a high conversion ratio.
Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for prospective learners throughout their decision-making journey.
