Assistant Manager - HR (Factory)

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions at the factory.
Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance management.
Plan and execute manpower requirements for production and support functions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
Coordinate mass hiring drives and campus recruitment initiatives.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Oversee employee lifecycle management and maintain accurate HR records.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and salary administration.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory-related HR compliances.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Support performance appraisal, employee development, and talent management initiatives.




Coordinate training programmes and monitor employee development activities.
Work closely with factory leadership to maintain a positive and productive work workplace.

Eligibility
MBA/MSW in Human Resources or a related field.
6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, payroll, and HR operations.
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing or factory HR.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
