Role description
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, manage, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
Provision, configure, and maintain Azure resources, including:
Virtual Machines (VMs)
App Services
Storage Accounts
Virtual Networks (VNets)
Load Balancers
Azure SQL Databases
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues, performing root cause analysis when required.
Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability solutions.
Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to ensure effective deployment and operational processes.
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
Assist in infrastructure automation and configuration management using PowerShell, ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Manage identity, access control, and security through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)



and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Perform system patching, capacity planning, performance tuning, and routine maintenance activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
Robust knowledge of:
Azure Virtual Machines
Azure App Services
Azure Storage Accounts
Azure SQL Database
Solid understanding of Azure networking concepts, including:
Virtual Networks (VNets)
Network Security Groups (NSGs)
Load Balancers
VPN Connectivity
Experience with Azure monitoring and observability tools:
Azure Monitor
Log Analytics
Application Insight
