Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives, business goals, and marketing requirements.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct regular review meetings and present campaign performance.

Project Management
Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development teams.
Prepare project briefs and ensure timely task allocation.
Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as scheduled.
Ensure high-quality execution across all digital marketing activities.

Campaign & Performance Monitoring
Monitor campaign progress and ensure KPIs are being achieved.
Analyze reports and identify prospects for improvement.
Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Escalate concerns proactively and provide timely solutions.

Client Communication
Respond promptly to client queries and requests.
Manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.




Handle feedback and coordinate revisions with internal teams.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain meeting minutes and action items.
Prepare monthly reports, project trackers, and status updates.
Ensure proper documentation of all client communications.

Revenue & Retention
Support client retention through exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
Coordinate with the finance team for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
