Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
Execute work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
Monitor excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.

Project Coordination
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
Resolve in office technical issues efficiently.

Planning & Scheduling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.




Track project progress against approved timelines.
Ensure timely availability of labour, materials, and equipment.

Quality Control
Conduct quality inspections at every stage of construction.
Verify materials before use.
Ensure compliance with approved specifications and industry standards.
Maintain quality checklists and inspection reports.

Material Management
Estimate and monitor material requirements.
Coordinate procurement with the purchase department.
Control material wastage and optimize site resources.

Billing & Measurement
Prepare BOQs and quantity calculations.
Record daily work progress.
Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
Assist in client billing and project cost monitoring.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure secure working practices at the site.
Maintain site housekeeping.
Follow statutory safety regulations and company SOPs.
